A friend of mine works for a big company ensuring all ATMs are accessible to all who use them.
We recently discussed what it is like to use the ATM if you're blind. The ATM prompts must be read out loud and the information they are receiving at the ATM is private, so they use headphones.
I've since found a couple of videos of people who are visually impaired using the ATM.
